π The first time in a NUDIST BEACH π π₯ π
I perfectly remember the surprise and curiosity I felt the first time I found myself on a nudist beach, an experience lived by chance during my trip to Ibiza in 2019.

Not everyone knows that, between Spain and Greece, there are many seaside resorts where it is absolutely normal to sunbathe or swim completely naked, without anyone being scandalized or feeling uncomfortable.
In my case, I ended up there purely by chance, and I found the experience so interesting that I wanted to explore it further. I immediately started researching naturism, trying to better understand the philosophy behind it and its deeper motivations.
What struck me, and what I would like to share with those who have never tried it, is the absolute lack of judgment. Age, body, type, physical appearance: none of it matters. I saw people of all ages and shapes, all united by mutual respect and a genuine desire to feel free, without filters or prejudice.
No one looks at others with superiority or malice, and it was precisely this relaxed, natural climate that allowed me to live it all with great serenity.
So, after a bit of initial shyness, we too decided to immerse ourselves completely in the experience, undressing without thinking too much and enjoying the sun and the sea in the most authentic and natural way. I felt at ease and without any embarrassment: it was like going back to the essence, without superstructures.
In my research, I later discovered that naturism is ,much more widespread than one might think, especially in summer. There are not only dedicated beaches, but also wellness centers, spas, and resorts where nudism is perfectly normal, though I haven't yet had the chance to try those settings.
One last note, which will perhaps make those who know Ibiza smile: among all the things I saw on that beach, some were really... "unequivocal", with people who let themselves go to decidedly explicit effusions even in broad daylight.
But, deep down, Ibiza is also this: the island where everything is possible and no one ever really feels out of place, as I say in the article dedicated precisely "The island of perdition".
Perhaps it is precisely this total freedom and lack of judgment that makes experiences like these so unforgettable.
